Mission Career provides AI-assisted self-study tools, adaptive question drills, syllabus trackers, and certification planning aids.

Non-Affiliation Notice: Mission Career is an independent educational technology project. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any government examination commission or statutory authority. Official examination notifications and guidelines remain exclusively available through their respective official portals.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When accessing Mission Career, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact details during authentication.
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and account session.
Not attempt unauthorized access, automated high-frequency scraping, or denial-of-service against platform endpoints.
Not upload defamatory, unlawful, or infringing content through the AI tutor or study pods.

4. Intellectual Property & AI-Generated Material

The user interface, logo, code, and curated study templates are the property of Mission Career. Previous year questions (PYQs) belong to their respective statutory bodies and are referenced strictly under fair dealing for educational analysis. AI-generated evaluations and study plans are licensed to you for your personal educational preparation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While our models strive for high accuracy against standard learning sources, Mission Career does not guarantee exam outcomes or specific ranking scores. Under no circumstances shall Mission Career be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or temporarily suspend services for routine maintenance. Continued use following published revisions signifies your acceptance of updated terms.
